COVID-19 Policy

As the situation with COVID-19 evolves day-to-day, our top priority during these challenging times continues to be the health and safety of our co-workers, customers, and communities.

With the entire world dealing with this pandemic, our business like many others has been negatively affected by COVID-19. We want to personally apologize if your order has been delayed. We have been doing everything in our power to get all the orders out as fast as possible. Please understand that once this pandemic started we were forced to furlough 80% of our creators in our warehouse.

The loss of these employees has cut back our production and order shipping time significantly. Due to COVID-19, our turnaround time for orders is at 4-5 weeks(subject to change without notice depending on order volume). As previously mentioned there are many other businesses being affected by this pandemic, which is why we have also been experiencing shipping delays with our carriers. Right now we are doing all we can to get all orders shipped as fast as possible with the number of employees we currently have.

We wanted to take any and all preventative measures in what it was necessary for us to furlough that many employees, thus allowing us to create a more safe work environment. We have the existing employees on a mandatory 6 ft distancing, proper handwashing protocol, work areas are cleaned prior to shipping each package, and all employees wear masks during business hours.

We completely understand that you as a customer want your order as soon as possible, but please understand that with less than half of our workforce currently working, logistics companies have been notifying us of any shipping delays. We are hoping this time will pass soon so we can go back to how things were. We seriously appreciate all the love and support you the fans have been giving us during this unprecedented time.
